When to Arrive
For the first visit, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for check in and consultation. We ask that our returning clients arrive 5-10 minutes before their appointment time for proper check in. For late arrivals, your treatment will finish at the scheduled end time to ensure that clients being served after you will experience their treatment on schedule. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you'll be charged 50% of the service fee you scheduled. No Call No Show or cancellation within two hours of an appointment, you will be charged the full amount equal to 100% of the service. We graciously thank you for following this policy.
Spa Attire
Your comfort and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Spa treatments require various levels of undress, and our therapists are trained in appropriate techniques of draping. Your therapist will discuss a complete overview of the treatment you will experience. Please feel free to ask or address any questions and concerns to ensure your comfort.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change any appointment. In the event that an appointment is cancelled or modified after the 24 hour period, you will be charged a 50% service cost cancellation fee per service cancelled. No Call No Show or cancellation within two hours of an appointment, you will be charged the full amount equal to 100% of the service. This policy helps us ensure that we are able to serve all of the clients wanting service at our spa as well as making sure that our therapists are reserved accordingly. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make a great gift for special occasions or just to say thank you to your family and friends. Gift certificates can be used on services, retail, gratuities and tax. Gift certificates are non-refundable and change will not be given on any unused value which will remain on your account.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Gratuities
If you desire to leave a gratuity to a therapist, it can be left as cash or as an additional item on your credit charge.
